Day 16 - Favourite Morgan Grimes Scene
One of the best things to come out of Season 3 was Morgan Grimes, I admit that before this Season his character & storylines weren’t really something that interested me. But once he found out Chuck’s secret he wound up being what partially saved the ‘front 13’ for me. Morgan or ‘Cobra’ as he likes to be called on a mission LOL has taken over Chuck’s role in the spy world as the ‘fish out of water’ character, which I’m thankful for because I always liked that perspective in the show.
My favourite of his scenes however was in the Season 3 finale Chuck Vs. The Ring Part II, when he’s found the detonator to the bomb in the buymore & uses it to try & convince Colonel Casey to talk to Beckman about all that he’s done and how he’s helped the team with their latest mission. However what he does instead is end up arming the bomb and causing the entire Buy More to be evacuated within 11 seconds before it blows up. I pray that Morgan remains clueless for the foreseeable future so that there will be many more funny moments like this.
Morgan: Found the detonator! Found the detonator Colonel. Am I on some hero streak or what? Man, when your hot your hot!
Casey: Careful with that Grimes
Morgan: Now will you tell Beckman of my exploits o.k.?! How I broke my thumbs, and how I found the detonator

Morgan: So Sarah is your handler? Does that make her your beard? In other words, like, uh, is your whole relationship fake, cause, uh, buddy, that’s - that’s just awful.
Chuck: Why? Because we never had sex.
Morgan: No I just feel like you know having a bea- YOU NEVER HAD SEX WITH THAT GIRL?… That’s not. No. No. It’s - it’s awful that you had to pretend to be in a relationship with somebody you clearly love.
Chuck: Sarah and I are over, you know.
